"Requested a quote for auto/home ins as military veteran...from a military website. Returned a call to ask questions and air some frustrations. Unfortunately, a very short conversation because Tim hung up on me. Apparently it is all about sales & $. My clean driving record means nothing!"
"Lee, you and I had an in-depth conversation regarding your situation that caused your previous cancellation, after that conversation you indicated that you did want us to follow up on the quote as it was saving you money from what you are currently paying with another carrier, that is exactly what was offered, I am sorry that the multiple accidents in a very short time by a driver in your household caused the prior cancellation, but all drivers records are considered when making these decisions. "Insurance feels like a game but not with Steve. Setting up coverage was easy and I believe that I was given the best policy for me. Steve is easy to talk to and always gives intelligent, timely responses whenever I have question. Steve’s sense of humor is very refreshing compared to most insurance conversations that are serious and stressful. I’ve been rear ended and had my car stolen and on both occasions State Farm was the least of my burden. I can’t imagine a much better, painless experience with an insurance company."
